Throw it back.


Decided to put this up not only for you guys, but for myself. 
I haven't been to the gym for a while or a run and now I literally have no energy or motivation to actually do anything. This was a track I listened to religiously on repeat when trying to do a speed 10 minutes or more run and it was all the motivation i needed. I know you're probably thinking "what f*cking lyrical correlation does this have to running ??" well not much but try running to it, the beat is perfect for making you run at a steady and fast pace. Thank me later init. Now starting Monday (after my birthday weekend :/ ) I plan to get my fitness and drive back.
